Simpli living from the Glamstead.
This is a space for real food, real life, and the small, steady practices that help nourish both.
I care deeply about what we eat. I mill my own flour, ferment foods, and love working with herbs. And at the same time, I’m living a full, busy life with a family, rhythms, and responsibilities that matter just as much.
Over time, I realized I didn’t quite fit into the “all or nothing” version of healthy living.
So I stopped trying to.
Around here, we keep things Practically Crunchy.
That means:
Caring about real food
Learning nourishing skills
Choosing balance over perfection
Building resilience in the kitchen
Some days, that looks like freshly milled sourdough.
Other days, it looks like something much simpler.
Both can belong.
